Department Mission:
To maintain the Town’s appearance by keeping it clean and safe for the residents, business owners and visitors.

Garbage:
Collection is once per week on either Monday or Tuesday beginning at 7:00am. The resident is responsible for the purchase, maintenance and placement of a thirty (30) gallon container to store all garbage at the street.

Debris:
Trash removal is done on a weekly basis without a set schedule.  This is a separate collection for such items as brush, tree limbs, grass clippings, leaves, household appliances, furniture and remodeling debris. 

**Please note if you have a contractor’s project that has debris, such as remodel your home, remove trees, etc. It is the contractor’s responsibility to dispose of the debris.**

Non-Collectible Items: include liquids, poisons, acids, caustics, ashes, paint, dirt, rocks, explosives, gasoline, oil, kerosene or other dangerous materials.

Special Assistance:
If you are disabled or 65 years or older and have difficulty moving your debris to the street, you can phone Town Hall to make arrangements for assistance.  Call (864) 439-3453.
